Trillium Medical Center

This app allows Trillium Medical Center patients to access their personal health record from their iphone or ipad device via a secure login. The app also allows patients to book appointments, update their personal information for the health record, and a variety of other functions. Please note that you can install and start using the app right away, but access to your personal health file must be approved by the physician. Once approved, a separate user id and password will be issued to you while you are at the Trillium Medical Center office.
